What is a session like?
You will have an intake before you start a session. During that intake the best technique and route for your session(s) will be decided.
All based on your daily breathing pattern and your request for help.
Each session is tailored to you and your needs. Therefore everyone has a unique experience within their Breathwork sessions.
I will give you tips and exercises on how your breathing pattern can help you feel better, sleep better, give you more energy.
So you may find more enjoyment in life.

How long does a session take?
The session will take about 1,5 hours. The first appointment includes an intake conversation and will require 30 minutes longer.

How many sessions do I need?
Depending on your help request and needs a plan can be made together. Good to realise that most help requests cannot be resolved in only 1 session.
The best results will be obtained on average after 3 – 4 sessions.
